Soumitra,Certainly your birth certificate is cogent documentry evidence to show

your correct birth record.But doctor generally records time of moment when 

baby cries or head of baby comes out or baby comes out of womb or cutting of

umblical chord or after finishing whole Job or any time.The recorded birth time

is itself wrong when it does not prove the gender of native.Not in more than

80 % cases but generally sub lord and sub sub lord of Ascendant must appear as

Star lord and Sub lord of Moon,if recorded time is correct.For example DOB & TOB

of Tanvir Chowdhury Ji,Owner of this group is correct( 24.12.1982,TOB-00:34AM,

Dhaka, Bangladesh).How ever there is not any 100% correct method which can be

used for rectification of birth time or for identifying gender of native or for

any prediction.

I donot know what youmean. Am not a student of astrology.

 

Can you not predict anything from the info I have with me ?

Can you not do a birth-time correction base onif I tell you a bit about myself?

 

I am bachelor.

I am in business.

I am a BCom graduate with many other Diplomas & certificates.

I lost my father last year.

I lost my mother too much earlier.

My elder brother died of accident.

3/4 months back I rented out my own patrental house and moved into a small

rented flat.
