Dear Ram Kopalle ji and the moralists on this Group,

Now you will say what Mr. Ram Kopalle ji has said -

" Even some one is wrong the correction method is sharp like a thunder.

"

Now You appear only to advise me , but always remain vanished behind the

screens when members like this one send a stupid message like this.

Why do you people keep quiet , just to look good , when such stupid

messages appear on board, and you do not explain to the member to be

polite etc,.etc,.etc.

And whenever I show such members their place, you people seem to jump to

give me advice and pass stupid advices and comments ???

Preaching without practising ?

Just take care of such members and you will not be witnessing any bad

language from me. If You cant take care then dont pass comments or

advises.

Those who are doing Moral policing in this Group, without being

practical and taking steps to counter stupid mails, they are requested

to leave, but no Moral Policing without practise would be allowed here

in future. This is MY Group, I have cretaed it, and dont want Big

Pundits for lecturing who cannot take care of the miscreants who come

I think too much interfernce by too many people is not healthy for the group..(

especially personal judgements made on matters of policy)

I personally feel that you and ur moderating team are best placed and should

deal with the situation with due regards to the specific situation, justice,

fairness ,compassion and correction.

You(all) are best placed to know the mischieve makers and you have more

knowledge of people through your interactions and particpations on various

groups (networking)

If everybody started commenting on every query, it would result in chaos and

loosing the plot completely, resulting in ego battles and miscomprehensions.

It is frustrating when people frequently give inadequate birth data and where

questions are not specific, but reasons for this may be many, from

over-keen-ness, to their troubled mental state or sheer ignorance and self

importance or just an imature mind.

It would be great if all can refrain from making any personal attacks and only

question or make remarks on the content of the posting.

My one request is that please do share your 'pearls of wisdom' here too so that

this group is more than just an ''agony aunt'' group. There are a lot of

knowledgeable persons on this group, so some active discussions would be most

welcomed.

It is not my intention to preach or be judgemental in any way, I am just

offering my observations, so please do not feel offended, and I apologise in

advance for any hurt feelings.

Dear Sheevani ji,

I am in conformity with your views. I feel the Group is loosing its

warmth and fun in any which way, which it was a few months ago. I just

promised to one member from this Group on phone yesterday, who had

similiar complaints, that I will try to do some revamping and become

personally more active here, without paying heed to too many

restrictions social or otherwise.

The sparkle is no more. We have to get it back. The only good part is

that I have got strengthened due to the Moderators joining this Group.

Their advises are valuable for me, and so is their presence. I feel

secured with the knowledge that they are managing the Group alongwith

me.
