Could you please explain to me the effects of Capricorn Lagna Lord

Saturn in 7th house of Cancer. Saturn is also the lord of 2nd house.

Moon is in 10th house. Rahu in 9th. Ketu in 3rd. Sun(8th lord) and

Mercury in 8th and Jupiter and Venus in 6th.
