Dear All,

I have seen a comment in Rath's mail (addressing pradeep) that read

like this:

> "Rath: Sri Sanjay Rath will come up with the answers when he feels

like

> it and has done so meticulously for 7 years now. But has now

realised

> that these are means employed to take knowledge without a thank you

> or respect. So the flow has choked."

See!! Rath is addressing himself as 'Sri Sanjay Rath'!! Gorgeous!

(i.e. He says to everybody that he should get respect). Who ever is

taking or giving knowledge should give a thank you or respect (if in

money that much good!). Are you there to sell knowledge?! This is a

friend's forum and you would also be gaining knowledge from the

discussions going on here. (It is not possible that you are all

knowing person - omniscient!) To how many you have said the Thank you?

And in a general communication do we need it, if not one is too much

egotic?

[bTW: If one demands respect he won't get it. One's actions may

generate respect in others and therefore a humble man who loves the

world never ask/demand respect from the world. It comes naturally!! It

should come naturally!!] Knowledge is for everyone. The best motto is

'knowledge should be free'!!

The Veda says 'Ano bhadra krethavoyanthu viswatha' [Let knowledge

come to me from all directions]. Be thankful to the whole world from

where we accumulate knowledge, and if you are really thankful there is

no need to say so. What is happening in this forum is 'the giving and

taking of knowledge among everybody' and in that case a thanks is

always there in the air, from any member of the forum to all members

of the forum. (I hope all dear ones will understand what I mean).

Dear Rath I hope you too will understand this point.

[1: It is not a classroom where one teaches and others learn!

2: Begging for respct hiding in the shadow of ego is not good!

3: Asking payment for knowledge sharing is rule of the world, but

'not the rule of the soul'!]

See what Pradeep has to say about it:

"I am a common man with all limitations. Still i have tried my best

to remain with gratitude, towards all, from whom i have gained. When

certain principles are beyond my understanding, i do speak against. It

is not necessary that, what that is beyond my understanding, has to be

false. But then satisfactory answers and explanations may be expected.

As long as i do not get those, my doubts will remain."

Well said! It is the attitude of every true learner/seeker, who

always has something to give as well. See, in this way you are looking

back at what is happening in your mind and soul, and the ultimate

teacher (Siva - paramaguru or atma) is there within you to clear all

the doubts. We should learn the lesson of self-analysis from the words

of Pradeep.

With warm regards,

Sreenadh

Dear Shreenadh,

I dont know who you are or how long you have been on this list, or

if you have read all the numerous books and articles by Pt. Sanjay

Rath and his many students.BUt one thing is you surely have no

reality about him.

Sanjay gives private readings which he charges for(BECAUSE, yes he

needs to pay his bills like everyone)He also gives concessions for

sincere people who dont have much money.

I HAVE KNOWN HIM SINCE THE PAST 5 YEARS AND I HAVE SEEN HIM TIRELESS

GIVE GIVE GIVE OF HIS VAST KNOWLEDGE OF VEDIC ASTROLOGY.

Now my understanding from the vedas is the student is SUPPOSED to

inquire submissively(humbly) to the guru,

and then in exchange for knowledge the student is supposed to render

service.

What kind of guru wants to give give give to ungrateful or rude

students!!!Why should he?

Why should any guru waste his time? When there are students who are

sincere wanting to listen and learn?

He only has 24hours in a day.

I think you do not know Pt. Rath at all and your comments will not

set with students like me who have been given unlimited amounts of

knowledge freely for years from him,

Sorry if I offended you , but i found your post uncalled for and

rude.Especially in light of the fact that he is the cetral pivot of

the teachings here at SJC.

PLease cease any other dergatory mails based on speculation.

Dear lakshmi ji,

I should humbly remind you that it is not a classroom where some

teacher rules supreme. It is a discussion forum, where give and take

of knowledge happens between everybody. There is no teacher student

relation but just the knowledge sharing between good hearts.

I am no student of Rath and he is no student of me! I was just

commenting on one of the statements he made. You should remember that

we do not know many in this list personally except through their

words! What we reply is to the spoken words. I respect Rath's works

and devotion to the subject but still should say what I felt saying.

If it hurts Rath's students - sorry.

Love,

Sreenadh

Om Krishna Guru

Namaste Sreenadh Ji,

Please do not post such messages in the future in the list. As many

of us know who/what is Sanjay Ji and how much knowledge he has given

to us without expecting anything in return from us.

I have been in association with Sanjay Ji and SJC for the past 2+

years and I have not seen you for long, hence I guess, you do not

know, who is Sanjay Ji. So my suggesion is take it easy and do not

jump into quick conclsions and focus on Jyotish learning and helping

please.

If you have anything to talk about this, please write to me privately.

Regards

Raghunatha Rao
