Dear all Sri Vaishnavas,

Please refer the below mail that was posted by this organization previously.I take immense pleasure in updating the activities of this group,after a long time.As mentioned earlier ,every year our organization is celebrating "Ramanuja jayathi Mahotsavam" funtion in a grand manner. This year also we have is planned to celebrate in a grand manner.Please find the attached documents for further details.

West Mambalam, Chennai - 33.

 

Programme

1st May 2010 (Sat) : 7.00 a.m. to 12.30 Sankalpam, Abhishekam, Aradhanai and Pushpayagam.

Devotees can bring Milk, Flowers, Curd, Fruits, Coconut,

Poo Malai, Garlands, Variety Fruits for Abhishekam,

Aradhanam and Alankaram.

11.30 a.m. Theertham, Sree Sadari, Prasadam

Distribution and Annadhanam.

Evening 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Kalyanapuram

Sri. Veeraraghavacharyar’s Harikatha Kalakshepam

& Kalyana Urthsavam will take place.

 

2nd May 09(Sun) :7.00 a.m to 12.30p.m.

Vishwa Mahashanthi, Shree Dhanaa karshana,

Shree Sooktha Homam, Sree Sudharshana Homam will take

place. Evening 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Dayadevi Sangam’s

Bharatha Natyam and Childrens Drama. Upanyasam will

also take place.

Please refer the below mail that was posted by this organization previously.I take immense pleasure in updating the activities of this group,after a long time.As mentioned earlier ,every year our organization is celebrating THIRU AADI PURAM funtion in a grand manner and as a highlight of this function,We are offering Free Saree distribution for poor Brahmin women.

 

Details :

Free Saree distribution for poor Brahmin women:

On Tiru Aadi pooram, the tirunakshatram of Aandal, we distribute free sarees for poor Brahmin women. This is also being funded by many golden hearted people.

 

This year also this was celebrated in a grand manner and around 130 sarees (includes both 9yards and 6yards),were distributed to the poor Brahmin women and the response were overwhelming .

 

Held on : 25th July 2009

Timings: 6:30 pm onwards

Place:Pandiyan Hall - mambalam

 

I take this Opportunity to thank all the kind Nobel,hearted peoples who were contributed for this Dharma kankaryam.Without their Contribution,this was not possible for us.

May the wishes of all the poor Brahmin women who got benifited out of it shower on all contributors ,along with Bhagavath,Acharyas Wishes.

Once again thanking you all ,on behalf of my father Sri.R.M.Devanathadesikan.

 

Please Continue your support for the organization,to conduct more social services for the community and to the society.

Dear all Sri Vaishnavas,

My name is Sudharsan. I would like to post some information about the Welfare organisation that we are running.About the Organisation:

Srimath Ramanujas Welfare organization was founded by my father Mr.R.M.Devanatha Desikan in May 2000 with an intension to help poor Sri Vaishavas, other brahmins and to support the flourish of our sampradayam.

 

Ramanuja Jayanthi Mahotsavam:As an essential part of our organization’s activities, every year, we celebrate Ramanuja Jayanthi Mahothsavam.

This function is being funded by many kind hearted people .We would like to thank all of them at this moment. With the fund being collected, we are arranging for Upanyasam by eminent people like Dr.Sri .Anandhapadmanabachar. Also we are conducting thirumajanam for Baghavad Ramanujar and other uthsavamoorthies. We are also performing Homams, thadiyaradhanai and holding some cultural programmes for children in the evening.

Soon I will be uploading the photos taken during these two occasions for all of your references.
