THE AMAZING POWERS OF BALA TRIPURA SUNDARI - THE CHILD GODDESS OF

Seated in her own house in Nemili town innvellore District, Arakonam

circle, Sri Bala Tripura Sundari has been incessantly showering Her

blessings on her ardent devotees in the fulfilment of their desires

for years.

There are, of curse, temples in Tiruvanmiyur, Tri Soolam,

Tirukazhukunram, Tiruvathiai, Sirkazhi, in the state of Tamilnadu,

where the presiding diety is Sri Trupura Sundari.

But in Nemili town, the Goddess assumes the form of a 9 year old girl

as `Bala' and housed in her own abode – Sri Bala Peetam in a unique

status. In the dream of Shri. Subramania Iyer, the Goddess appeared

100 years ago and commanded `take me to your house, I shall come

floating in the river'. Shri Iyer searched the in the river that is

in the backyard of his house for three days in vain. But on the

fourth day She appeared in the river as a dazzling three-inch bronze

idol. This idol that was consecrated and placed in the central of the

house 150 years ago is today the beautiful and unique Sri Bala Peetam.

Sri Kanchi Paramachrya's visited Nemili Bala Peetam in the year 1945

to, in a palanquin, along with the army of horses, camel, elephants

and other religious manpower. He stayed there for three full days and

performed pooja to Goddess Bala.

How could it be possible for anyone to forget the statement made by

revered Sri Tirumuruga Kripananda Variar. Looking at Bala in Nemili

with his focused eyes and mind in ecstasy he said, `I see in this

great peetam, the collection of all our Gods on earth'.

Dear Members,

I have added the photo of Nemeli Balatripura Sundari devi miracle

idol photo in our photos section under the file...BALATRIPURA

SUNDARI.

This deity is quite powerful and active in that peetham and will

give instant benefits for those who go there and personally pray. I

will post a lengthy article later on but Iam just waiting for our

member who is an ardent devotee of the deity to post a more

informative and better article on it (than me).

I will also try ot take snapshots (if they allow) of the peetham and

the deity when I go there. and add it in our photos section.
