Please visit arshavidya.org They have an audio lecture of Swami Tattvavidananda on Medha Suktam, Sri Suktam, Durga Suktam, Rudram (Even if they are not in the on-line store, they are available and you can call them on phone and place an order) Swami T being a Sanskrit scholar and Vedantin, the lectures are very useful. Guest guest Report post Posted January 3, 2003 Namaste, The word medha in yoga/ ayurveda is supposed to represent a dhatu in our body. I have seen people translate this as fat. I am not sure if this is correct. Is medhA related to medha (dhatu) ? In any case can list members share their thoughts on the meaning(s) of medha, medhA.
