Request for articles for 80th Birthday celebrations Special Issue

Dear Sai brother and Sisters,

Under the auspices of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Sri Prasanthi

Society, is bringin out a special issue on the most auspicious occasion of

Bhagawan's 80th birthday.

The earlier issues brought out by the society which have been released by

Bhagawan and are sold only in Prasanthi Nilayam under the Sri Sathya Sai Books

and Publications Trust.

The earlier issues are:

Sri Sathya Sai Prabha - 60th Birthday

Sathya Sai - The Eternal Charioteer - 65th Birthday

Sathya Sai- The Avatar Of Love - 67th Birthday

The Splendour of Sathya Sai - 70th birthday

Sathya Sai - The Saviour - 75th Birthday.

Kedar and myself would like to share our experiences in 2003 and 2004. We have

MRI scans of Dr. Kedar and Swami's miracle cure of his back. I have reports on

my Lupus panel that became negative through his grace. We also have some

pictures of him manifesting in the Homam. What is the dead line for submission?

Can we know at the earlieast convenience as we are busy with our schedules and

would like to submit ASAP.

thought process and the writing is mainly Bhagawan. I wish I could be used by

I really enjoy reading your mails and also that of Sister Madhvi.

 

I read your experience (Swami's grace on your family) which you had sent for the

80th year souvenir. Oh! It was really really great. Only our SWAMI can give such

experiences! I may be sounding ignorant and confused on the forms of god...but

for SWAMI, i don't mind sounding ignorant.

 

I had a very similar experience. My wife had a slip disc..between L4 and L5. The

period of suffering was around a year, and mind you SWAMI was with us minute by

minute. He took care our kids so well, ( elder son was 6 years and younger

daughter was just 1 year old) !! and no elders to care of the family!! any one

will have to experience to believe me...But for HIS grace, we would have been

nowhere. I will write it in detail later.

 

Since My computer is only in office, I am unable to devote more time to write on

our sai groups.

 

Keep writing. Your mails are very inspiring.

I HAVE TO SHARE WITH U THIS EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD SOME 7 YEARS AGO. MY NAME IS

SHEREEN JAGGERNATH AND I HAVE A DAUGHTER , HER NAME IS MANJEETHA, SHE IS NOW 24

YEARS OLD. 7 YEARS AGO, SHE WROTE HER MATRIC EXAM AND WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR

HER RESULTS, IT WAS ON A WEDNESDAY MORNING, I WAS LEAVING HOME FOR WORK, AND

MANJEETHA GOT UP FROM BED AND STARTED TO CRY AND SHE SAID"MUMMY , I HAD A

DREAM, SHE DREAM'T THAT SHE WAS IN MY LOUNGE AND SWAMI WAS SITTING ON MY SETTE

AND SHE HAD HER HAND ON HIS SHOULDER, AND HE SAID TO HER, MANJEETHA, U GOT 6

D'S FOR YOUR EXAMS, AND SHE WAS CRYING SAYING THAT SHE HAD FAILED. AND I SAID

TO HER, SWAMI LIKES TO PLAY WITH THE CHILDREN AND THAT U DID NOT FAIL. BUT WITH

SWAMI'S GRACE, SHE PASSED HER EXAMS WITH 6 DISTINCTIONS AND WAS THE TOP STUDENT

IN HER SCHOOL. BETTER THAN THAT, TODAY SHE IS A DOCTOR. AND THAT FOR ME, LIKE I

ALWAYS TELL MYSELF, FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS THAT SHE WAS STUDYING , I HAVE ALWAYS

I have a feeling that dearest Kedar sent the summary to the group e-mail and I

hope it was sent to where it should have gone. But thankyou very much. I want

to share this thought. Swami is the living incarnation by the simple fact that

every religious prayer from any corner in the world is reaching him. It is

amazing how he takes care of poeple when they call in hteir native language and

Swami manifests there to take care of them. Yet he gives discourses only in

Telugu. He understands a Russian prayer, a Japanese prayer, Chinese Prayer and

so on. Russia is a multi Lingual country like India with many dialects and

languages. Swami hears them all. What ever may be the form we pray to He is

there. That is Divinity, as it is ONE ATMA and THAT ATMA WITNESSES EVERYTHING

and this ATMA in THE JIVA IS BOUND BY the FINITE FORM.

We all are entitiled to his grace and blessings and we all have him with us all the time.
