Seminar on `Indian Culture' to mark Sai Baba birthday

 

VISAKHAPATNAM: A two-day State-level seminar on `Indian Culture and

Spirituality' will be organised by the Sri Satya Sai Seva

organisations in the State as part of the 80th birthday celebrations

of Sathya Sai Baba beginning Sept 13 at Sri Satya Sai Spiritual and

Service Centre, Ukkunagaram.

 

Eminent speakers will deliver lectures on subjects including Indian

spiritual culture with emphasis on Vedas, Upavedas, Ramayana and

different Prakarana Grandhas. Explanation of spiritual concepts or

words, festivals and temples and their significance among others

will also be covered.

 

Around 200 delegates from Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram,

East and West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur districts will attend the

seminar, according to a press release issued by Sri Satya Sai Seva

Samiti, Ukkunagaram convenor MVNK Rao.
