Our essential nature is same as the lord. Because

of ignorance and vasnas we cannot recognize it; Moksha is essentially

realization of the true self. In the state of realization all suffering goes

away. The beauty of the pursuit is that we are trying to find something what we

are even now, but because of ignorance cannot see. Common example of trying to

find one’s glasses when they are perched on ones own head.

Dear Ones, Pranaam. Very true. Prem is the cause of creation and prem keeps the existance. Without prem, sneha, mamata, ...the life would be of no meaning. Bhakti is also a form of love, but the main thing is how can someone remain in the state of pure love/ bhakti ? How can we fill our hearts with devotional love towards HIM and HIS creation ? Why did Krishna didnot preach Arjuna about love to all ? Instead of asking Arjuna to love those who were ready for war, He asked Arjuna to fight. He gave priority to Karma Yoga(doing action without the attachment to the result). He Himself leave Yashoda Ma and Gopies to perform the duties. I know that time Arjuna was obsessed with MOHA , not with Prem. Priy Sadhna ji We should try to understand aim of DIVINE LOVE.Killing or saving is not the measure of love.Even killing bad omen by way of dharmyuddh is to stop that person from doing more wrong deeds. Imagine a part of my body got Gangerine and will spoil other parts of the body. What shall be the remedy? At first try to heel it but if it is not possible then WHAT? You have to cut it to save other parts from damages . GOD as whole is VIRAAT roop of this world and treat his VIRAAT existense in his own ways which may seem peculiar to us. Sadhak Gopi krishna said that "volient actions can be taken and even wars may have to be waged, but the motive of our action should always be love". So its getting quite interesting as well as a little confusing at the same time for me,now I would like to ask the basic question - what is love ? How can we make it a guiding principle of our actions and how it is the ultimate aim of our life ??? Which lines in Gitaji explains the devine love ?Please guide.with regards,sadhna

The Meaning of Life

 

Seeing the life of people in the world, ask yourself what kind of

life you want. Light can mean brightness or light can mean

weightlessness. Remember that you are light and you'll be able to

draw might from God and perform good actions. Everyone enjoys the

experience of peace. Peace is the religion of the soul, peace is the

garland around my neck and I shouldn't have to wander around for it.

Human beings know how to be peaceless but they don't know how to

become peaceful. Let me remain absorbed in peace. I shouldn't become

peaceless due to someone else.

 

Dadi was once asked if she had ever been peaceless in her life. Dadi

wishes to share such things with you that you don't experience

sorrow in your life - that you can keep smiling. The whole world,

the supermarket selling sorrow, is very hot. Even if people are

experiencing happiness it is only a show - internally they are

experiencing sorrow. No matter how much someone is trying to sell

sorrow, don't buy it. When someone leaves the body we know they are

not coming back and we cry, but that soul is not crying. I will have

to leave my body one day so why should I cry while I'm in it? Dadi

has seen that no matter what race a person maybe, the tears of

sorrow are the same: what we see through the eyes is the same and

what we hear through the ears is the same.

 

They are 4 things we have in life - the body, facilities,

relationships and the world. It's the law of nature for there to be

change in these. We grow from being children to the adult stage,

there's change from night into day. In I year there are a number of

changes of season. If you question change, why something is

happening, it doesn't stop change from happening. When there is

sorrow and peacelessness, enmity develops. Where there is falsehood

and violence, fear develops. In many parts of the world Dadi has

been to, people consider themselves wealthy but their money is in

investments and in real estate. Yet they consider themselves

wealthy. Dadi has seen that in foreign lands, previously people were

not interested in spirituality, but now they are. Only by bringing

spirituality into your life can there be real happiness. If a

person wants to know if you are happy, it should be seen from your

face. You can't be happy if you always 'want' i.e. there are

desires. I will receive according to my karma. If I'm unable to feed

myself, it's because of my actions. Parents may try so hard to help

their children but if it is not in the children's karma, whatever

the parents do can't help them

 

God is available as everything for every soul - Mother, Father,

Satguru and Companion. When we have God in these relationships then

we don't have to ask for anything. Renounce body consciousness in

the form of ego and arrogance. The nature of human beings is such

that when they are praised they become happy and when they are

criticized they become sad. So you have realize who am I, who do I

belong to and what I have to do now. Learn to connect with God and

you will see how all sorrow finishes. Connect with God and you will

experience power and success in your life. God says become your own

friend, so that there are no enemies for you. When you go into

sorrow you become an enemy to yourself. When you have peacelessness

in your mind and sorrow in your heart, who can help you? The only

thing you can tell a person who is in sorrow is to remember God.

 

Don't make the mistake of thinking of your past or the past of

others. If you do, you will accumulate sorrow. Past is past,

increase your concentration and remembrance of God. Remain in the

present, don't think of the past, and don't describe it. One who

stays in the present is sensible and honest. Keep your thoughts

clean and pure. Peace, purity, elevated and determined thoughts will

enable you to experience power in your mind. If you can realize

yourself as a soul and child of God you are a most fortunate soul.

If you don't have attachment with people you will always be happy.

Have the realization of the self as a child of God and you can

experience the canopy of the protection. Then you will be free from

fear. If you continue to perform good actions then you can live a

life without fear.

 

The world is like a drama and each actor is playing their part. They

are different but if I keep seeing differences, then I can't keep

smiling. Whatever is happening is good and whatever will happen is

good and beneficial. Each one of us needs to understand the type of

actions we are performing and stop doing any type of violent

actions. Even if thieves come, by fighting them you won't get back

what you have lost. Just remain peaceful and alert for the future.

 

Many things will happen in my world to give me sorrow but I should

pledge not to leave my peace. If you have the treasure of peace

truth and power in the self, this situation will come and go but

they won't be able to remove your happiness and peace.
