DEAR GURUDEVS,

 

I feel myself as lucky by the blessings of Lord Guruvayoorappan since I could

observe the Thriprayar Ekadasi fast on Saturday and attend the Narayaneeya

Parayanam at the UTHARA GURUVAYOORAPPAN Temple at Mayur Vihar Phase I , New

Delhi .

 

The Yagacharyan was Brahmashri ORAVANKARA ACHUTHAN NAMBOODIRIPPAD who in his

discourse had described Melpathur Bhattathirppad as the AVATHARM OF VEDAVYASAN

..VYASA BHAGAVAN himself is being treated as another AVATHARAM of Lord Mahavishnu

.. Hence we could feel lucky that we are able to read a book written by the

Bhagavan himself.

 

The Yagnacharyan said that the Bhagavan had asked Vedavyasan to take birth in

KALIYUGAM and to write Sri Mahabhagavatham to a miniature form since the people

will not have time to read Mahabhagavatham at that time and to read one chapter

of Narayaneeyam Daily .

 

It is belived that the Bhattathirippad , after submitting the great work to

Guruvayoorappan as per his wishes , recovered fully from the attack of Paralysis

and then migrated to the Southern part of Kerala -Then called the Travancore for

his survival since the goal of his life was achieved .

 

After the Yagnam was completed , each of the participants were presented with a

CHAKRAM and a locket engraved with the Picture of Guruvayoorapan on one side and

Swamy ayyappan on the other.
