Hare Krishna,

I am very, very pleased to find this thing:

http://gauranga1.tripod.com/library/id25.html

click on six goswami and then click on sri jiva goswami.

you will see tattva, bhakti, bhagavat and Krishna sandrabhas of Srila

Jiva Goswami in zip file form translated into english.

Krishna Prabhu ji please please please download these files and

attach them to achintya. Its my earnest request to your lotus feet.

Sandarbha of jiva goswami has no equivalence in our sampradya. Prabhu

ji i have checked every portion of this site and i know we don't have

them. They are certainly the most revered book by any Gaudiya

Vaishnava acarya and contains basis of our philosophy.

So please lets download and attach it to our website.

Your Servant Always

OM TAT SAT

Sumeet.

Sumeet,

Thanks for your enthusiastic message. A couple of quick comments:

1) I'm really quite certain that I don't have lotus feet. Please

trust me on this point. You would be better off looking at Srila

Prabhupada's lotus feet than my non-lotus feet.

2) This link is also available in the Links section

under "Scriptures." But by all means, if you find other links which I

haven't listed, please let me know!

3) As far as keeping the Sandarbhas on Achintya - I'm not against it

in principle. However, if memory serves these Sandarbhas are all

Kushakratha's translations, and I'm not sure about copyright issues.

For that matter, I'm not even sure if the devotees who put up this

site had Kushakratha's permission to include his translations there.

There is another site which is linked under the "Scriptures" section

which also has tons of Kushakratha's works online - again, I'm not

sure if they had his permission to do so. I did link to both of them,

but as I'm not sure what his own wishes were in this regard, i was a

little reluctant to actually archive the files on Achintya. Now I

understand that Kushakratha Prabhu is living out his final days in

Vrindaavan, so it might be difficult to ask him. Does anyone know

what his wishes were in regards to free distribution of his books on

the internet? I just don't want to do anything which might offend

him.
