" With your stress load in addition, be careful about this

fasting." ...

Hi Martha;

THanks for the good advice. I'm actually have a really hard fasting,

I've been 'cheating' a little with warm milk, coffee occassionally,

and whenever I can little bites of Nayana's toast! So definitely I

don't feel ready to be so austere! I'm still going to make Kitchari

my main food each day with veggies..... but will start also

incorporating some fruit and perhaps something else if I feel I

really need it........ mainly I'm craving toast for some

reason.........

I'm taking Vital Woman in the morning, with triphula and something

called SAFI which is a blood purifyer / bowel cleanser, it's really

good I got it at the Indian bazaar. Yes, I'd love any advice from

you. Wish I could get some shirodhara but Rasa's away. Could really

do with it. My hemerroids are the worst right now, they itch and are

now just starting to lose a little blood. Any suggestions?

Thanks for being there for me.

Lots of love

Krishna

Dear Krishna;

Search recent posts on ayurveda re hemmorhoids, lots of good

info incl from me. You might do better with either Caffix type

coffee, (if bitter taste is ...probably what you need?, or if it is

the caffienne, go with green tea which gives the antiox support and

less vata increase. Even stronger antioxidant support and no

caffiene is found in African Red tea, even used to reduce colic in

babies (Rooibos). I'm posting you back onto ayuronline so this

followup conversation can be read by the other mothers.

Love,

Martha
