I found this cool website with photos to help you do an informal Chinese

medicine tongue diagnosis on yourself:

I scrape my tongue to get rid of some the coating buildup but the basics

still apply.

 

I have a major crack down my tongue and I know that when Chinese med.

people/shiatsu people see it, they immediately note it in their

notes/diagrams. Now that I know more it is interesting - worst area is

Stomach/Spleen area of tongue - and area of my primary issues!
