Anga-Sparsh mantra

Have any of ou come across this mantra that is to be used (ideally)

in the morning? If so, I am looking for the actual sanskrit text and

the references to the scripture that it has come from.

Om vang ma asye astu

Touch both

sides of the mouth, while visualising and saying in mind, that with

the grace of God I have speaking power in my mouth.

 

 

 

Om nasor me prano astu

Touch both

sides of the nostrils, while visualising and saying in mind that with

grace of God I have pran in my nose.( every breath is giving me

health)

 

 

Om akhsor me chakhsur astu.

 

Touch both the eyes, while visualising and saying in mind, that with

grace of God I have power of seeing in my eyes.

 

 

 

Om karnayor me srotam astu.

 

Touch both the ears, while visualising and saying in mind, that with

the grace of God I have power of hearing in my ears.

 

 

 

Om baahor me balam astu.

Touch both the

arms, while visualising and saying in mind, that with grace of God I

have might in my arms.

 

 

Om urvor me ojo astu .

Touch

both the thighs, while visualising and saying in mind, that with the

grace of God I have valour in my thighs.

 

 

 

 

Om aristani me angani tanus-tanvaa me saha santu

 

Sprinkle water on your body (OR join both the hand in namaskaar

mudra ) while visualising and saying in the mind, that with the grace

of the God my body with all my limbs remains(are) free from disease.
