medical profession(combinations)

There are a number of combinations for medical profession. but i

would be giving a few of them.

1) association of venus with the 10th or 4th house.

2) the 10th lord in the navamsa of sun.

3) association of venus with 4th lord or 10th lord.

4) association of saturn with venus and or 10th house.

5) the assocaition of 6th and 8th lords in rasi.

6) all the above combinations are to be reckoned from the lagna, sun

and the moon sign. and also the navamsa.

Here are few combinations that *I* know of:

As Venkat said, the Artha Trikona(2, 6, 10) is very important in

Dasamsa. The following are the combinations to be observed:

The planets for Medicine are Sun & Rahu. Ketu/Mars can show a Surgeon

provided other factors point towards Medicine.

Strong 8H/L or 12H/L are also important.

Healing signs such as Pisces and Virgo(Known as the Hospital of the

Zodiac).

Nakshatra such as Aswini who signify the Aswini Twins who were the

Doctors.

Hi Narayan,

I believe that Venus should also be involved for a surgeon for

delicate and artistic talents that are necessary for surgery, or else

there would not be a distinction between a butcher and a surgeon.

6th house in Rasi chart is also important to identify medical

profession.

I haven't seen the 4th, 10th and Venus as bringing medical work. But

I do see frequently the Sun and the 6th indicating medical, and Mars

with the Sun specifically bringing surgeons - since Mars is cutting

and the hands. Also, the Moon in the 6th is a frequent placement for

nurses.

Also, an association between the 3rd (hands) and 6th (healing) lords

can bring healing talent, and if Mars (hands) is also involved, the

person will be a powerful natural healer - good for massage. Also,

if the 5th lord is involved, the person has healing knowledge from

past lives.

Dear Ash and Narayan!

I would prefer invlovement of Ketu in fine works like surgery. Mercury

should also involve; I am saying this with my experience in Palmistry where

we see vertical lines in the Mount of Mercury to judge interest in Medical

profession.
