HELP NEEDED!!
I have had slip disc condition 3 times in a row in last 3 months. I
practiced some asanas to come out of pain but looks like I am again &
again getting pushed back with this lower back pain.
Plz suggest so that I can come out of this problem. A daily practice
is also doable if I can come out it.

Dear manu_unam,

Please take "complete bed rest" for few (minimum 3)
weeks to avoid any recurrence. After that, prescribed
asans can help. Any way, it takes lot of time for
substantial recovery. Most impotant thing is that you
should NOT lift any weight till recovery.

Learned members may also suggest if any specific
mantras could help.
