And that I think is for first day pujan not for daily. Our main site says that you can worship with Panchopchar but what include that, is not clear and how is also missing. It might seem long at first, but it takes only 30-40 minutes at the most. The first poojan vidhi given in this book is for panchopchaar . The "Tantrokt guru Sadhana" books contains many different sadhana procedures like mantrokt, aghor tantra, gupt tantrokt etc. panchopchar means - akshat (rice (unbroken)), dhoop (incense), deep (light), pushp (flowers), neiveidh (food). Try ot visualise Gurudev/deity as a guest. We welcome a guest to our home in a set way and try to make him comfortable & at ease. Basically, the "standard process" (taken from web page) is - a0.self-purification of mind & body a1.sankalp a. Aavahan (calling Gurudev) b. Aasan (providing seat) c. Paadya (washing His feet) d. Arghya (offering water to wash His hands) e. Aachmaniya (offering water to rinse His mouth) f. Snaan (bathe) g. Vastra (offering clothes) h. Tilak (mark on forehead) i. Akshat (offering unbroken rice) j.Pushp (flowers) k. Dhoop (incense) l. Deep (light) m. neiveidya (food) n. Guru Mantra chanting o. Shanti Paath p.Thanking for visiting q.
