Hi everyone,

I have some questions regarding this meditation: I have two books and in each of them there are different instructions, one says to concentrate on the tip of the nose during the meditation (shakta kaur khalsa) the other(shannahoff-khalsa) says to concentrate on the third eye...I am confused...my teacher told me to try and see what works for me but i am still confused....what is the right way...and also about the breath during the meditation in shakta kaur 's book she says to take a deep breath after completing the mantra, in the other book the breath is not mentioned at all...
please can anyone help me?
