Thank you all, once again, for your support.
I have been managing to at least wake up early lately and this
morning i managed to pull myself up out of bed before falling asleep
and completed the fallowing sadhana
1. Wake up series
2. Warm up
3. Tune in
4. Sat Kriya
5. Morning call meditation (Ek ong kar...)
And in the evening I do:
1. Head set (From sexuality and spirituality)
2. Tune in
3. Kirtan Kriya
4. Silent meditation
This program I arranged a little while ago is finally becoming a
reality, I have found it to be very benificial. Does anybody have
any suggestions, certain insight regarding my program, maybe some
way to get better results? If not, then how long should I do this
program as is (40 days? 90 days? For as long as I live? lol).
As far as sexaulity goes, I have managed to calm down my rageing
labido.
