Looks like a number of us would like to know
the specifics of your Arise and Shine cleanse.
Could you put it on for everyone or tell us how to access?

Sat Nam Amar Kaur and all else,
I have been giving contact info offllist for a few reasons. This is to
allow for some accounting of who's interested as I will be the one getting
you introduced and somewhat up to speed. This is because my contact/mentor
Dharm Kaur does this full time as a practice in Flagstaff, Arizona and could
easily be overwhelmed. Many early questions are easily answered and I can
help her out alot by doing that. At a point, you are free the engage her or
leave a message for her. She will get back to you a soon as she can. It's
pretty cool that one letter 11 years ago has continued to resonate this
long. A good thing is a good thing.
Any of you is free to call me at 617 590-5785. I check messages every 2
hours and will generally return your calls after 9pm East Coast time. The
brochure I uploaded tothe File Area (

getting your bearings.

P.S.
My Hidden Agenda: I do this as a fullfilling seva. I can still remember my
oldest buddy in the world, when he was about a week into the cleanse, saying
to me "I'm seeing God!" (and he is NOT into religion). That's why I do this
- to hear people say that, and not at all because she gives me a 10% break
on my cleanse every year or so (yeah.......whoop!)

Dharam,

I am interested in learning more about this cleanse. My body has been telling
me I need this for a bit over a month. I have been uncertain as to what to do.
You may have provided the answer.
