Try three minutes of stretch pose. Even three one minute repetitions of stretch
pose. Then take all five fingers of your right hand, closely bunched together
and press into your abdomen just below the belly button. See if you can feel
your navel pulse. A good strong pulse there will tell you it is set. If the
pulse is
off side to side or high or low then it needs some adjustment. There's an
excellent article by MSS Gurcharan Singh in the Intermediate Meditation
Manual (sic?) that describes this and advises yogic solutions.
