Default Set the navel

Sat nam
What does it mean to set my navel?
Thank you
Lilananda

-->Always set your navel. Always work with your navel. This is where our
energy is generated. This is what give you power and the strength to commit
and to make and break habits.

Sat Nam,
Try three minutes of stretch pose. Even three one minute repetitions of stretch
pose. Then take all five fingers of your right hand, closely bunched together
and press into your abdomen just below the belly button. See if you can feel
your navel pulse. A good strong pulse there will tell you it is set. If the
pulse is
off side to side or high or low then it needs some adjustment. There's an
excellent article by MSS Gurcharan Singh in the Intermediate Meditation
Manual (sic?) that describes this and advises yogic solutions.
Regards,
Karta Purkh

In addition to the instructions from Karta Purkh Singh, you can also read
about this on the free online KYTraining lesson on the navel. You can
download it from www.kundaliniyoga.org

The information mentioned by Karta Purkh is also available in Transitions to
a Heart Centered World which is filled with navel sets.

Sat nam,
