Sat Nam! Is there some specific meditation for strenghtening
the electromagnetic field?What are the most basic,important
and core techniques of Kundalini yoga?I've been doing lots of
different KY-sets and meditations(2-3 times a day).Soon my vacation
is going to end and then I don't have so much time for KY and
meditation.What kriyas/meditations would you recommend?I think
that one hour of KY a day would be realistic amount of training.

There are many many kriyas, exercises, and meditations for the aura, some
very short and to the point. The most basic is Ego Buster with Breath of
Fire! You can do that for as little as 3 minutes a day to recharge the emf.
