Dear Gregor,

Haven't heard from you lately. So what are you doing and what are you
experiencing? Sounds like you are overwhelmed. Just do one thing the first
day -- tune in at least. Then add some spinal flexes. Then add some navel.
The navel will help pull the energy down.

Sounds to me like the TM mantra is causing the imbalance. If the mantras
are not complete they do this. Not all TM Mantras are complete. This is why
I suggested meditating with Sat Nam and keeping your focus at the navel and/
or heart.
