My wife had a life insurance investment policy, which she wanted to cash in.
We discovered another company would buy it from us for more than it was
worth at the insurance company. They would keep it and later cash it in
after it increased in value.

Now an investor is offering to do a similar thing on a larger scale. You
take out an endowment policy that matures when you are 65, and he will pay
you for it now. US$20,000. He will get 5 times as much when it matures.

For a few years the organizer accrued 100 thousand applicants and the
program was closed. Each applicant had to pay five dollars processing fee.
Many thought it was a scam, but several well known devotees went into it.
After all, what's the risk at five bucks?

has proceeded. We have now downloaded and printed our final application
forms and sent them in with our id's.

However, only 33,000 people have done it. The organizer feels they have lost
touch or lost interest. This means it is again open. How many of us would
like an extra US$20,000? Applicants must be under fifty years of age, but
anyone can join and sponsor people in.
