Durban, South Africa is hosting its annual Ratha-yatra over the Easter
weekend and we would like to send an invite to all wincom users. I'm not
sure of the correct procedure, so please forgive me. We would like the
message to read as follows :

INVITE TO ALL ISKCON LEADERS AND DEVOTEES

"The annual Durban, South Africa Ratha-yatra (Festival of Chariots) will be
held over the Easter weekend (Friday, 13th to Monday, 16th April 2001). Over
200 000 people are expected to attend and as many plates of free Krishna
prasadam shall be distributed. Apart from the cultural stage programme,,
various tents shall boast of our glorious Vedic cultural heritage in the
form of book stands, Indian clothing, gifts and devotional paraphernalia
bazaar, multi-media and exhibitions, cooking demonstration and "Question and
Answer" tents. A regal temple shall be constructed as a focal point of the
festival and shall house Their Lordships, Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra
where deity worship and offerings will take place in great pomp and
splendour. A firm favourite with festival-goers over the years is the wide
range of delicacies that may be picked up from the various speciality
Govinda's take-aways and restaurant on site. Located on Durban's tourist
haven, The Golden Mile, a stone's throw away from the sun-soaked beaches and
entertainment capital of the city, the Ratha-yatra festival has earned
itself the reputation of being the country's biggest free cultural festival.

accomodation, etc."
