My 2 cents ... I think Gurusher Kaur's results are not just from a
little soy yoghurt, but more from keeping liver/gall bladder and
colon moving things through really well, from supporting body
alkaline ph and like that too. I'm sure also what works for one
won't do so much for another. I understand shatavari helps many, and
I had to take strong bitter herbs all through the winter in the high
country even and still had excessive bleeding (high pitta) to keep my
pitta lowered somewhat; it wanted to all download at once, it seems!
Hot flashes though ... I had warm flashes after I stopped having
menses flows, only, for a few months. Maybe all those bitter herbs
as well as the shatavari (and vitex) added up.
