Thank you for the wishes. I hope all our members always remain in the

Regarding your problem height gain is possible by ayurvedic treatment
upto the age of 25yrs. However the gain is less as age increases. The
solution is not so simple as asking you to do some exercise or take
some home remedy.
There are many countries where ayurvedic doctors are practising
nowadays. If you inform where you are situated maybe we can find a
member who knows an ayurvedic doctor nearby.
As for the solution, it will require the following procedures:-

1) Determination of your prakriti (constitution), as some prakritis
tend to have less height as a symptom.
2) Proper dietary suggestion depending on your prakriti and lifestyle.
3) Internal medication.
4) Yoga asanas (Some yoga asanas if done regularly show very good
effects in height gain)
5) Panchakarma procedures like tikta-kshir basti which have shown
very good results.

Point 1) can be done by yourself by visiting any ayurveda web-site
where they have programs by which you can determine your prakriti.
Some websites listed in the Links section on our groupsite have this
facility. Many of them even suggest diets and life-style changes
based on your prakriti.
Point 2) and 4) can be done on the net or visiting your local
dietician or yoga center (beleive the chances of finding one abroad
are far more than finding one in India).
For point 3) and 5) you will require to consult an ayurvedic doctor.

Start with whatever you can and try to implement as much as possible.
