Greetings:<br>One of the most difficult aspects
for many Westerners of eating an Ayurvedic diet, is
that, even when Ayurvedic principles are known, it
becomes difficult to creatively construct each meal
(especially in our "fast paced" society). <br>As I look over
the Ayurvedic cookbooks available through the various
publishers, it is hard to decide which really is best. I'd
like to hear recomendations on these books, and
perhaps some of you know of some recipe web sites--I
haven't found any that are exclusively Ayurvedic (Indian
and Vegan, yes, but not Ayurvedic).
