I don't know of any teachers in Maryland, but if you're going to be in the DC
metropolitan-area, you might try the Ashtanga Yoga Center on Wisconsin Ave.,
NW. They have Mysore-style and led classes, and the studio's director, David
Ingalls has been approved by Guruji to teach Ashtanga. The studio is listed and
has a Web site: www.ashtangayogadc.com.

Hi Gayathri,

Where abouts in MD? There's a studio in DC:
http://www.ashtangayogadc.com that has two authorized instructors. I want to
say there is a studio also in Baltimore but I'm not sure. The one in DC is
great though!

Ashtanga Yoga Center (next to Tenleytown metrostop) or Hot Yoga (on Wisconsin
Ave near the National Cathedral) are both good places with good teachers.
