The Yoga Shala in Georgetown, CT is a terrific ashtanga studio. Valerie
Schneiderman opened the shala last spring. The shala is definitely ashtanga
focused, with some vinyasa and other specialized classes as well. It's right on
route 7 between Ridgefield and Wilton (south of rte 102 and just north of rte

Also Yoga Shantih in Norwalk. Tracy Reznikoff's studio offers vinyasa/power
vinyasa focused schedule with some ashtanga classes as well. Check website:

Both studios are in great spaces, have excellent, dedicated teachers and
offer workshops as well as full class schedules.

I believe there is a studio in Norwalk but I don't
know the name.
