Please keep in mind that this is my experience and if someone else has a
different experience you can take mine and theirs with a grain of salt.
Ultimately whoever speaks to you and can take you deeper than you are now is who
you will want to turn to.
Bryan Kest is a fine teacher. Richard Freeman is amazing. His insites and
techniques have gotten better and better and better. A video no matter who's can
only take you so far. Rodney's videos for example, don't even come close to
representing the caliber of his teaching. A live teacher and your own practice
will do wonders.

Go to Ashtanga.com. David Swenson has these fantastic laminated cards that
unfold into a great size of the primary series, secondary series, and even
something he calls short forms which are wonderfully constructed 15 minute,
30 minute, and 45 minute sequences if you are short on time!
