RE: [Ashtanga Yoga] 7 days a week, except moon days?
I agree with taking a break mid-week. I find that when i take Wed. off and
then Sat. off too, I have better practices. Otherwise, I do get sore and my
practice does suffer. After a resting day, I look forward to the practice
too!
