Guruji's classes in NYC were just a workshop,
weren't they? It is possible that in a workshop situation
the teacher may change the sequence, in order to make
it shorter for example ... Lino Miele also changed
the sequence somewhat at his latest workshop to make
it more suitable for beginners. In a regular class
situation however the order of the sequence should be
clear.
