I am a drummer and am
training for a major "drumathon" lasting 40 hours in aid
of a Children's charity in England.
I have
done Sivananda yoga style for about 3 years but I feel
I need something more dynamic to build up my
stamina. I need to know what to do to strengthen my back as
I will be seating for so long as well as how to
keep my energy and alertness/focus/concentration
up!
