Ted: Undenatured whey is more expensive than cheese and is such a

health product that that it is now often being extracted before the

cheese industry gets it. Undenatured whey is the correct product to

buy for health.

Cooked whey protein is about 26% better than beef and about the same

as eggs in biological value. Your source is incorrect in saying that

cooked whey powder is not nutritious for animals; probably a NotMilk

quote ;) -- they'll say anything regardless of the facts.
