This a very famous verse sung by hinus:

Twameva mata ca pita twameva

twameva bandhusca sakha twameva

twameva vidya dravinam twameva

twameva sarvam mama devadeva

Where does this come from, who composed it??? Or is it mentioned in shastra??

A beautiful poem::

Twameva mata ca pita twameva

twameva bandhusca sakha twameva

twameva vidya dravinam twameva

twameva sarvam mama devadeva

so that means mata(mother)=god and pita(father)=god bhandhu(relative) knowledge/wisdom=god everything=god

as per advitha if god=me and me=god, then substing in the above all menas?

mata=me pita=me bhandhu=me......etc

so this revleas that, its my illusion that they are different, and prooving that the " external world is a manifestation of the inner world" and so i also agree our atheist freinds who all also say that "its all in the mind"

It is in Garga Samhita. Prayed by a devotee who was cursed to become a conch becouse he has stolen the conch which belongs to his Guru. By the instruction of his Guru He in the form of conch waited for Lord Krsna for 100years near a lake. As soon as he had the darshan of Lord Srikrsna he received his original form and then he prayed with many verses "twamava mata" is one of them. This place is known as Sankha Tirtha near Dwarika.

Jai Sri krishna, i think this verse appears in one of the 3 gadyas That Sri Ramanuja composed. I thinn its the Sharanagati Gadyam (rather than Ranga Gadya or Vaikuntha Gadya)
