Kirtanaya Sada Hari? That can't be right?

The purport to ths famous verse, Bhaktivinoda Thakura says that its doesn't mean we should be chanting all the time. I can't seem to find the reff in the book 'Art of chanting'.

 

I am trying to remember what Maharaja was saying and am at a loss.

 

It says chanting 24/7 doesn't mean chanting Harinama 24/7, its got another meaning. I'm sure devotees know what I am saying..{hope anyway}
