Pankaja_Dasa 1 Report post Posted October 23, 2004 1 lb. rice flour water sugar ghee Mix rice flour with water to make a stiff dough. Let dough stand long enough to sour (usually one day). Then squeeze dough through a potato ricer into smoking hot ghee. Deep fry until golden brown and drain off excess ghee.
