Toyota and Bank of Nippon joke

This is to highlight the recession in Japanese banking Industry.

 

Toyota had a bank account with Bank of Nippon.But such a huge billionaire had only 3 yen in his savings bank account. He also had a safety locker in the bank.Daily he will go to that locker and come out.

 

The manager was curious about what was inside the locker.he asked Toyota one day 'What do you have in the locker?'

 

"1 MILLION DOLLARS" replied toyota. Manager was angry.'Why the hell do you keep it there/Why cant you deposit it in your savings account where you wiull get an interest?"

 

"i can " said Toyota. But what collateral will you give me?"
