Sirona 1 Report post Posted January 28, 2004 Hi, recently, in an Indian restaurant I drank some tea called "tshay" or so, made with milk and honey and some spices I don't know. I'm really fond of it but I don't know how to prepare it ... Who knows the recipe?

Kalki 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2004 I love this beverage and this is how I make it. Prepare tea as you normally would by simmering or steeping tea in hot almost boiling water. (Decafinated tea ect) in a pan add 1/16th tsp (add more or less to taste) of Chai Masala per cup, and steep for 5-15 min covered. Before serving add addequate sugar and milk or half/half, non-dairy creamer. Serve warm. If you can't find chai masala email me and I can send you some.
