They have an interesting cultural look, and their churches are very attractive (and noticeable). What are their unique beliefs? When was their group formed, and how did it manage during communism? Sirona 1 Report post Posted August 20, 2002 In 1033 there was the great schism between the western and the eastern (Orthodox) Church. The pope in Rome claims to be the ruler of all Christians, and the Orthodox (like others) refuse to accept this. So maybe your search should start at that point.
