gHariji ki jaya! This is really great.

Last night at Timessquare HarinAm we met 2 Hungarians.

One only spoke Hungarian. Both very receptive.

There are so many vaisnava branches of Lord Caitanya's Tree in Hungary.

KRSNa has protected Hungarian born souls with a unique language to save them from general English bombardment of pro-drug media trash.

Don't let AMA, CB Geigy or Proctor&Gamble catch wind of this.

They'll ruin it within no time.

Balancing the three principles, or doshas, of vata, pitta and kapha, as described in Maharishi Ayur-Veda, allows you to balance the relationship between the knower (rishi, your inner self); the process of knowing (devata, the senses); and the known (chhandas), because Maharishi Ayur-Veda regards the doshas as expressions of these deeper structures. So going to bed early, or eating on time, to balance vata -- or sitting by a waterfall to balance pitta -- are not superficial aids to health -- they are all significant steps to awaken your full potential.

Natural Health Tip of the Day - Saturday August 17, 2002

Weak Digestion Harms The Mind

If we do not pay enough attention to our digestion, then mental dullness and emotional depression can result, according to Maharishi Ayur-Veda. Ama, a sticky, toxic substance that results from improperly digested food, is regarded by Maharishi Ayur-Veda as a cause of lack of proper mental clarity. Ama can be avoided by taking care to follow proper Maharishi Ayur-Veda guidelines for healthy eating and proper digestion.
