additional information like number of years you have been married would have helped much. Further the horoscope of your life partner is also needed for greater accuracy.

Anyhow, going by your horoscope it seems you might be married in your 26-27 years of age. You will have some miscarriages initially. Later will be blessed with sons between 33-36 years.
