Neerav Kothari 0 Report post Posted November 27, 2012 I have suffered from chronic sinusitis and glue ear and other inner ear infections so much that i have entered depression as a result. Im taking nasya from an ayurvedic doctor. My body type is kapha. Im 28years old, 6 feet and 135 kilos. What advice can u give me about balancing my health and mind.
