Adult person learning to teach Hindu spirituality

This is on behalf of a person who has just retired, very devout and immersed in spiritual reading. I think he'd be a very good teacher but would need formal training. Does anyone know if any of the well known missions like Chinmaya have any formalised form of training for persons who would like to teach in their missions. This person I must add would be an asset to any organisation.
