I totally agree with anisha on these. If anybody wants to stop cravings for non-vegan food, they should try some of the vegan diet recipes which are very tasty as well as healthy. Vegan diet is a very healthy diet as compared to non-vegan diet.

I tried to be a vegan, but I failed, good thing it is not that essential to be a pure vegan, I would rather prefer a mix meal, shall we say a balance diet, as long as I do not have any bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol, I think I would be okay especially if I am still eating healthy foods.
