Hi danielle and all,

It is interesting that you also mention spiritual care volunteers....

I have been very drawn to a particular spiritual care area and I was prompted to

find out more about a project of RIGPA called the spiritual care education

programme...

I attended an introduction day on Sunday and I am seriously considering joining

a study group and attending workshops come september.

I need to check it out a bit more first but what was said on sunday resonates

very much with me. I am not sure if this prompting is for my own education and

learning alone or if it is to bring me into a new area of volunteering... time

will tell and shakti of course...lol!

I would be grateful if anyone here who knows about this particular programme

could share a little of their experience of it...

love julia

here, but we don't. Then it occured to me...Now that I know about this service

and how lovely it would also be for the hugger, why not go and check out if it

could be introduced here where I live... and so I intend to check it out next

week.
