I don't know how quite to describe what's happening to me. My energy is really

heavy, and maybe stagnant, I can't tell, I feel like I'm sleeping 2 hours a

night even though I'm getting 7. It's been like this for the past 3 days and

I've even gotten sick. It seems to build up, this intense heavy energy until I

finally realize to give Shakti Her time and then I go into kriyas, and

afterwards the energy's moving and I feel lighter, but not fully better. But

this is intense, and I'm surrendering to it and feeling into it but it still

kinda sucks to be so tired all of the time. I get regular exercise so I don't

thing it's becuase I'm not moving enough. I've been giving regular time for the

kriyas each day but now I can't tell if i'm sort of making them happen on a

subtle level so that I can feel better or if they are still happening on their

own. Yesterday I could barely move after work for a good 3 hours, seems like.

Now that I'm writing this I'm remembering to bring gratitude and lightness to

the process and I feel it lightening up a little.

Hi Craig:

It sounds like you may in that incubation stage; the time not of stagnation, but

rather of development while within the cocoon; you are a pupa of Shakti.

Release your hold

dear one

let it go

let it go

let it go

you are

all you

have yet to become

Craig,

Keep on writing, either here or in a journal. For me, writing my experiences

helps me to observe them and then I suddenly get to see the lessons embedded

within them just for me. So I'm a big fan of keeping some kind of a journal in

this process.

I've been through periods where I could barely keep my eyes open - sometimes

Shakti just needs to make you sleep, or whatever transformations She is working

on you are more exhausting to you than you realize. Just go with it and know

that it does pass eventually.

Get out into nature whenever you can, and see movies or read books that are

light-hearted and lift the spirits.

Be aware that you are extremely sensitive psychically and will feel whatever is

going through the people you are around or near or thinking of. Sometimes all

you have to do to help with this is change the venue (go outside if you're

inside, find some running water and still your mind, whatever) or listen to some

music.

Be very aware of the emotional safeties. Gratitude, lightness, inner joy.

Laugh a lot - it is a remedy for heaviness.

On music, many find " spiritual " or soothing music uplifting, but sometimes you

also just need loud electric guitars to take you in and up, especially if there

is gnarly or tamasic energy in the environment around you. A little raja guna,

if you will. So experiment with this as well if you wish, and know that Shakti

is at work in you.

Love,

David

Hey , I've been wanting to write more, in journals and here but I get frustrated

and angry, it feels like more often than not when I try to write down what

happened, my writing style or way of explaining things is dry and devoid of the

juiciness of the experience. It feels like I sort of take the life out of the

experience when I write it down. I have flashes of inspiration on how to write

the experience with the juiciness intact but those moments are fleeting and

usually happen when I'm not home and I don't seem to be able to recall it when I

get back home. So more often than not, I choose not to write because somehow,

I'm pretty sure this is shadow, when I do try to explain what happened I either

explain the experience away or my ego gets involved and turns a beautiful or

deep experience into a problem and I feel I come off complaining. Any thoughts

on this?
