The Healing incursions are done all together and are a great opportunity to serve and to learn. I'm an animal, in pain, and was thinking about requesting a healing anyway as last Friday I threw my back out yet again, this time in a new location. I'm currently getting steroid injections at L5-S1 for the original (4 years now) pain, and now I think I may have popped another disc, on the Left side while trying to chop wood. Hard to walk, and bend and twist at all. I'll be there THANK YOU! Should I post this message on the Healing list as well?
